Escalation of the levy will be no more than 10% per annum.
The use of the hall includes but not limited to birthday functions, games
sessions (Bridge, Pool etc.) and meetings
The facility by an external supplier that provides meals and delivers to the
village is available
PETS – small dogs (2 maximum) are allowed, however no cats allowed. In
the event that the dog passes on, the dog may not be replaced.
