Kingshurst is one of the best Life Rights available in the city. (Chat to me for more info on this.) Not only is Kingshurst located right at the beachfront, neighboring The Catholic Church (Corpus Christy) and close to all amenities, it has wonderful facilities from a full-on hairdresser, to a medical clinic, a games room and a library and you can arrange for a nail technition to visit you once a month in the comfort of your own apartment - the ladies love this.
On the 7th floor there is a beautiful spacious recreational area where the ladies knit together and the gentlemen can watch the latest soccer match together. This facility is open all day. On this level you can enjoy the longest stretch of beach you have seen, truly with the most beautiful view.
What I absolutely love about Kingshurst is that it feels like a community in a community. Everyone is warm and friendly, but you have the benefit of having your own privacy when you retire at night. Certainly a wonderful way to live for the remaining years of one's life.
